This is a list of various endo-related websites that I have discovered in the past and used. I don't get paid to promote any of these sites, either. These are actual sites that have helped me deal with my endometriosis is some way.
This section will be updated continuously as I find more reputable websites to link you guys to, but here's something to get you started! All the links will open in a new window.
Endometriosis Resolved - Probably the most comprehensive endometriosis resource I have yet to discover on the web. They have advice for healing naturally, healing under Western medicine, surgery information, blogs, symptoms, endo diet help, etc.
Peace with Endo - Aubrey over at Peace with Endo is a certified holistic health coach. You can hire her for some individualized support, or check out her multitude of informational and educational blog postings. One unique thing about this site is the list of books she's read recently. You may want to check some of them out!
Josephine Eliza - She has some really unique and unusual recipes for the endo diet - most of the recipes on her website are "wheat, gluten, dairy, egg, lactose, refined sugar, caffeine, red meat, soya & rice free", which makes them "suitable for Endometriosis, Crohn's, Celiacs Disease, IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) sufferers" and "some recipes are also nut-free, vegan & raw." One thing I'll say about Josephine Eliza is that she does a great job sticking to recipes that are truly "endo diet" compliant.
YogaYin - Allannah is an amazing yoga instructor whose videos have personally helped me tremendously. I simply cannot recommend her yoga videos enough (which can be found on her website or YouTube)! I try to run through at least her Part 1 every single day, which has really helped my day-to-day pain levels. She also has a blog with some really great information for fertility, pregnancy, iron deficiency, etc.
