Like most women diagnosed with endometriosis, I suffered for many years before finally getting some answers. I'm Chelsea Farley; a year ago, I was nobody.
Endo turned my world upside-down and tore me apart piece by piece until finally there was nothing left. This blog is dedicated not only to sharing my own story, but to share the methods, tips, and things I wish I would have known years ago.
I intend to provide tips not only for endo sufferers but also for their loved ones. Your support system is just as important as the actions you take in tackling endo. And if you have endo, you likely already know the strain it can put on your relationships and family. If you don't feel like you have a strong support system, please please PLEASE contact me! Let me be a part of that system. Even if I'm just a shoulder to cry on, I'd love to help.
I can't get back the last decade of opportunities that I lost or was forced to turn down because of endo. But, I can share what I know and what has worked for me with you - my endo sisters - in the hope that it will help you improve your quality of life.
I've known endo for far too long. I'm finally making a lot of progress with my health and I plan to keep fighting because I never want endometriosis to control my life again.
